Phone readings paid by card cost £25 for 20 minutes, £37.50 for 30, £50 for 40 and £72 for 60. Premium-rate calls (0907 995 0105) cost £1.50 per minute plus your provider’s access charge. Text readings are £1.50 per message. Email tarot readings are £6.99 (mini) and £18.99 (in-depth).

Can I pay by card rather than on my phone bill?
Yes. Call 0330 114 0095 and a receptionist will take card payment before connecting you, or book through the online booking form. You never have to use the premium-rate line.
What are wallet bundles?
Pre-paid minutes you can use whenever you like: 105 minutes for £120 (5 minutes free), 210 minutes for £240 (10 free) or 315 minutes for £360 (15 free). Choose Pay via Card Online to buy one.
Do I need to book in advance?
No. Readers are available 24 hours a day and you can call whenever suits you. Each reader’s live status is shown on their profile.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. Phone and text readings need nothing but a phone. Email readings are bought through a secure card checkout without creating an account.

What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?
A psychic reads your energy and situation to offer guidance on life, love and decisions. A medium specialises in connecting with loved ones who have passed. Many Luv Clarity readers do both; their profiles show which.
How does a phone tarot reading work?
You call, give the reader your question or focus, and they shuffle and lay the cards on your behalf, describing each card and what it suggests for your situation. You can ask follow-up questions. Twenty minutes is usually enough for a three-card spread and discussion.
How does an email reading work?
You buy the reading online, give your question at checkout, and a reader writes a personal reading and emails it to you. You can keep and re-read it. Mini readings answer one question; the in-depth reading covers a full multi-card spread.
Can a reading tell me about my ex, or whether someone loves me?
Love and relationship questions are the most common we receive and our readers are experienced with them. A reading offers perspective and guidance, not certainty — you remain the one making the decisions.
What can’t a reading cover?
Readers cannot give medical, legal or financial advice, cannot answer questions about pregnancy, and will not make predictions about death or illness. If a topic is better suited to a professional, they will say so.
How accurate are psychic readings?

Can I choose the same reader again?
Yes. Every reader has a PIN shown on their profile; quote it when you call to be connected to them directly.
How do I leave feedback or a review?
