How an email reading works
- Choose your reading. Pick one of the three below depending on whether you want a short reading on one question or something in depth.
- Pay securely by card. Checkout is handled by Stripe. You do not need an account with us.
- Type your question at checkout. Your question is taken at the time of payment, so there is nothing to send us afterwards and nothing to chase. Be as specific as you like — a name, a situation, a date, whatever matters to you.
- Your reading arrives by email within 24 hours. It comes to the email address you used at checkout. Most readings go out well inside that window.

Why choose an email reading

What to put in your question
You will get more from your reading if you give the reader something to work with. A question like “Will he come back?” is harder to read than “I have not heard from Daniel since we argued in July — is there anything still there, and should I reach out?” Names, rough dates and a sentence of background all help. You do not need to write an essay; a short paragraph is plenty.

How long does an email reading take to arrive?
Within 24 hours of payment, and usually sooner. It is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
When do I send my question?
You do not have to send it separately. Your question is taken at the time of payment, so once you have checked out there is nothing more for you to do.
Do I need an account?
No. Payment is by card through Stripe and you never create an account with us.
Can I ask a follow-up question?
A reading covers the question you asked. If something new comes up, order another reading or call the Readers Line on 0330 114 0095 and speak to a reader directly.
What if my reading does not arrive?
Check your spam or junk folder first, as written readings sometimes land there. If it still is not there, email our contact page or call 0330 114 0095 and we will resend it.
Is an email reading as good as a phone reading?
They are different rather than better or worse. A phone reading lets you ask as you go and follow a thread wherever it leads. An email reading gives you something considered and permanent that you can read again. If you have one specific question, email is often the better value; if you want a conversation, choose the phone.
