Most people book their first reading in under five minutes. This page explains every way to reach a reader, exactly what each costs, and what happens from the moment you get in touch.
1. Choose your reader
Go to Readers. Every reader has a live status — Available, On a call or Logged off — a profile with their skills, tools and subjects, client reviews, and a four-digit PIN. Use the filter buttons (Love & Romance, Mediumship, Astrology, Life Coaching and so on) to narrow the list, or just pick whoever you feel drawn to. Make a note of the PIN; you will be asked for it when you call.
2. Pick how you want to pay and connect
Phone, paid by card through reception (recommended for first-timers)
Call the Readers Line on 0330 114 0095. This is a standard-rate number (it costs the same as calling any UK landline and is usually included in mobile minutes). A receptionist answers, takes your card payment and puts you through to the reader you have chosen, or helps you pick one if they are busy.

Phone, paid on your phone bill
Call 0907 995 0105 and enter your reader’s PIN. Calls cost £1.50 per minute plus your phone provider’s access charge, billed to your phone. You must be 18 or over and have the bill payer’s permission. Calls are recorded. This is the quickest route if you do not want to use a card.
Pre-paid wallet bundles
Regular clients can buy minutes in advance and use them whenever they like: 105 minutes for £120 (5 minutes free), 210 minutes for £240 (10 free) or 315 minutes for £360 (15 free). Choose “Pay via Card Online” anywhere on the site to see the bundles.
Text reading
Text CLARITY followed by your question to 78887. Each message costs £1.50 (standard network charges apply to the message you send), with a maximum of three replies per message. Good for a single, specific question when you cannot talk.
Email reading
A written reading you can keep and re-read. Mini Love Tarot Reading £6.99, Mini Tarot Reading £6.99, In-Depth Tarot Reading £18.99. Choose Email Readings in the menu, pay securely by card, and tell us your question at checkout. Your reading is emailed to you.
3. Your reading
Have your question in mind and, if it helps, a pen and paper. A good reader will not ask you to give away everything up front; tell them what you would like to focus on and let them work. You can ask follow-up questions at any point. Readings are conversational and confidential.
4. Afterwards
You will be invited to leave feedback for your reader on their profile, and if you found the reading helpful we would be grateful for a review on Trustpilot. Readers’ profiles show their genuine client feedback, so your review helps the next person choose well.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book in advance? No. Readers are available around the clock; call whenever suits you. If your chosen reader is on a call, reception can hold you for a moment or suggest someone with similar skills.
Can I pay by card without a premium-rate call? Yes. Call the Readers Line on 0330 114 0095 (standard rate) and reception takes card payment, or use the online booking form. You never have to use the £1.50-a-minute line.
How do I use WELCOME20? Call 0330 114 0095, quote WELCOME20 to reception and pay £20 by card for your first 20-minute reading. First phone reading only, one per client.
How long does an email reading take? Email readings are written personally by a reader and sent to the address you give at checkout. Turnaround is normally within a few days; you will be told if it is longer.
Is there an age limit? Yes, 18 and over for all services. Phone-bill calls also require the bill payer’s permission.
Are readings confidential? Yes. Calls are recorded for quality and compliance and never shared. Feedback you choose to leave shows only the first name you give.
